Lead by Dr. Gregory Gullo, our providers make your comfort our #1 priority and are proud to serve you from initial consultation to first treatment and beyond.


Gregory Gullo, M.D. (Founder)


Dr.Gullo is a fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine specialist with board certifications in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He has been practicing medicine for approximately 35 years, focusing on Pain Management for more than 19 years. Prior to relocating to the Portland area, Dr. Gullo was Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Penn State University’s Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he supervised the Pain Management and Palliative Care Center. Later he entered into private practice in the Palm Springs, CA, area before settling in Northwest Oregon in 2005. He founded Willamette Pain and Spine Center in 2006.


Mike Beauchaine, PA-C


Mike Beauchaine, PA-C. I earned my Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Oregon Health & Science University, School of Medicine in August 2014. I am board-certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and currently licensed to practice in Oregon, North Carolina and Virginia. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, I spent 5 years serving as a United States Navy Corpsman, caring for military personnel at a navy urgent care facility in Charleston, SC. In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my family and being active. I am a dedicated Atlanta Falcons football fan.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Support Staff

We LOVE our staff! At Willamette Pain and Spine, we understand the difference a friendly face can make in your day. For this reason, we are extremely proud of our incredible support staff. From Reception to Billing, you can count on them to make your day just a little brighter!


Our Reception Team is usually your first point of contact with Willamette Pain & Spine Center and are here to help schedule your appointments and address any administrative concerns you may have. They can be reached by choosing option 0 from the main phone prompt.

Medical Assistants

The Medical Assistants here at Willamette Pain and Spine Center act as liaisons between you and your Healthcare Provider and help to meet any needs you may have between appointments!


These trained individuals will be taking care of you before and after any procedures you may have done at our Procedure Center. They are highly trained and ready to answer any questions you may have.

New Patient Coordinator

Our New Patient Coordinator is the person who helps you schedule your first appointment. She is responsible for processing all new patients into our system, verifying insurances and obtaining referrals and records from your primary care physician if needed. She can be reached by choosing option 4 from the main phone prompt.

Prior Authorization Coordinator

If you have any problems getting an insurance company to approve an injection or procedure, reach out to our Prior Authorization Coordinator at option 6.
