Fully-Integrated Pain Management That Treats the Whole Person

Dr. Gregory Gullo, a fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine specialist who holds board certifications in both Pain Management and Anaesthesiology, established Willamette Pain and Spine Center in 2006. Our organization is dedicated to providing the highest possible quality of pain management therapies available, from acupuncture to therapeutic injections.

What we offer is an integrated, comprehensive, and customized approach to pain management. Our friendly, unified patient care considers the whole person – body and mind – to produce optimal results.

Why Choose Willamette Pain and Spine?

Pain management is a delicate and complex science. At Willamette Pain and Spine, we reject a fragmented approach and instead consider the entire patient, from medical history to current physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. We create a fully-customized treatment plan, unique and tailored specifically to meet your needs, and make changes over time to ensure that you continue to feel better, never worse. Our clinic is a welcoming environment in which patients from all walks of life feel at ease.

In addition, we are happy to cooperate with your primary care physician to provide up-to-date care that keeps everyone informed.

A Clinic That Listens

Managing Chronic Pain in Portland ORHave you ever attended a medical appointment, only to feel like your doctor did not listen to your concerns? At Willamette Pain and Spine Center, we rely on your report of symptoms and medical history to accurately treat your pain and discomfort. In addition, we base our entire organization on caring, listening, and responding to our patients, so every treatment plan addresses your specific needs. Our core values of customer satisfaction, quality, culture, and financial responsibility frame each visit and help us to serve you.

Why Start A Pain Clinic?

Dr. Gullo has focused on pain management for the last 15 of his nearly 30 years practicing medicine. After serving as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Penn State University, he entered into private practice in Palm Springs, CA, in order to work on a more individual basis with patients. He then moved to Northwest Oregon in 2005 and decided to continue this work by opening Willamette Pain and Spine Center, a clinic that embodies the high-integrity values that have served his patients well over the years. Since then, our team has grown, and we are proud to continue to serve the Pacific Northwest community.
